Watching the Snowflakes Fall

IMG_0216adobe

Looking out the pitcher window, wondering how long it takes a snowflake to fall. It’s the gentle waiting that is so spell-binding. As the snow keeps coming down the window fills with the snowflakes against the pane. The boisterous winds create a howling sound and snow drifts form all over the ground.
For some productivity stops, and your plans come to a halt. The only understandable pastime is watching the snowflakes fall.
